Missing or Stolen Packages

We know how frustrating it is when you are eagerly waiting for your KODAK gear and it doesn't arrive as expected. Please read the situations and guidelines below to help us resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

If your tracking still says "In Transit"
International shipping can sometimes experience unexpected delays due to customs processing, weather, or local courier backlogs.
- If your tracking has not updated recently, please double-check our standard delivery timeframes.
- If your tracking has been completely stagnant for significantly longer than these timeframes, please check if you received any email from the carrier side.
Especially for the parcel which arrived at your destination already, we would recommend you to contact the carrier direct for the shipping arranagement.
- If your tracking stopped before arriving at your destination for over 30days. Please contact us for help.

If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot find it
Before confirming it as stolen parcel case, please ensure you have taken these steps:
1. Check around your porch, garage, and side doors.
2. Check with your neighbors or building management to see if it was accepted on your behalf.
3. Check CCTV if possible and available.
4. Contact the carrier directly to check on what happened.

Filing a Disputed Delivery Claim

If you still cannot locate the parcel after carried out all the above steps, it may be a suspected stolen package.

To protect all parties and arrange a reshipment, our policy requires official documentation. To proceed, you must provide one of the following when contacting us:
- A formal Police Report documenting the stolen parcel.
- Supporting Evidence (such as CCTV footages) proving the courier did not deliver the parcel at the date and time indicated on the tracking link.
- Once you have this documentation ready, please submit a claim here. Our team will investigate the issue.
