How to submit a ticket:
1. Click on the "Submit a ticket" button in below and you will be directed to a submission form.

2. Fill out the form: Provide detailed information about your issue or question, including your product model, source of purchase and purchase date. Please also provide us with the troubleshooting steps you've taken and attach us photos/ videos demonstrating the defect.
*Be specific: Providing detailed information will help us resolve your issue more quickly.

3. Submit your request: After filling out the form, click the "Submit" button.

After submission:
Our support team will carefully examine your ticket and we will update you via email. Due to high support volume, please allow us longer time to respond.
