Once your order leaves our fulfillment center*, we will send you an email (Email subject: A shipment from order #KR11BXXXXXX is on the way) with your tracking number.
*Please note that it normally takes 1 to 3 working days for our team to process and dispatch your order.

2. How to track your shipment
Click the tracking link directly inside the email and you will be redirected to a tracking page where you can see the shipment status.

3. Not being redirected to a tracking page?
You can try to copy the tracking number and paste it into the 17TRACK global portal using the link below.

Why is my tracking not showing any updates yet?

If you just received your tracking number and there is no movement, this is completely normal!

As a global shipper, we provide tracking numbers tailored to your destination country. Consequently, tracking information may not update in real time while your package is in international transit. Tracking will typically update as soon as the parcel arrives at your destination country's airport.
