We offer 180 days warranty covering manufacturing defects and material faults (for details, please see below section Defective and Damaged Products). We will only replace but not refund the product (same colour) at our discretion if it is determined to be defective or faulty.
1) If you purchase on this website (www.retopro.co):
If the product is found defective or damaged within 180 days* of receiving the product, please contact us at info@retopro.co. Please state your order no. and photos a/o videos illustrating the defect when emailing us. You may be entitled to a free exchange of the same item but not a refund of money. For exchange policy, please see below section Exchanges.
2) If you purchase at any other outlets^:
If you encounter any issues with the product within 180 days*, please contact the outlet where you purchased it from. They shall handle your warranty claim based on their store policy.
3) If you purchase on our Amazon store (RT-PRO):
Within 30 days
If you encounter any issues with the product within 30 days*, please contact Amazon MCF. They shall handle your warranty claim based on their policy.
After 30 days but within 180 days
If the product is found defective or damaged after the initial 30-day period but within 180 days* of purchase, please contact us directly at info@retopro.co. Please send us your purchase receipt and photos a/o videos illustrating the defect. You may be entitled to a free exchange of the same item but not a refund of money. For exchange policy, please see below section Exchanges.
*Start date refers to the date of receipt of the product.
^Other outlet refers to any physical or online stores of our official authorized dealers.

No incluye:
- Daños cosméticos, incluidos, entre otros, rayones o abolladuras.

- Daños debidos al desgaste normal o al envejecimiento natural del producto.
- Daños causados por accidentes, incendios, terremotos, problemas de suministro eléctrico, robos u otras causas externas.
- Daños causados por abuso, uso indebido, manipulación incorrecta, extravío o alteración del producto.
- Daños debidos a modificaciones o alteraciones realizadas al producto.
- Daños causados por el uso con componentes o productos de terceros.
- Pequeños rayones, desgaste o abolladuras en el embalaje del producto ocasionados durante el transporte exprés, o ligeros cambios en la película plástica de sellado y otros problemas de apariencia que no provoquen daños en los artículos internos no están dentro del alcance del servicio posventa.
Cualquier problema derivado de no seguir las instrucciones de cuidado y mantenimiento proporcionadas.
Nuestros productos se fabrican en serie en plantas industriales. Pequeñas diferencias de color, desprendimiento de pintura y ligeras imperfecciones se consideran fenómenos normales. A menos que haya roturas o piezas faltantes, no se considerarán productos defectuosos y no se aceptarán devoluciones ni cambios. A las personas que busquen un nivel de perfección absoluto, les recomendamos abstenerse de comprar para evitar cualquier tipo de disputa.
We only replace the product if it is confirmed to be defective or damaged. Please email us at info@retopro.co in advance to check if you are entitled for an exchange. Customers are required to return the defective unit, and they’re responsible for the return shipping fees. RETO Production Ltd. will not reimburse any return shipping fees. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Refunds
We do not accept cancellation and refund in any circumstance.
