Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Defective products do not refer to below:
- Cosmetic damage, including scratches or dents.
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, mishandling, misplacement, or alteration.
- Damage caused by fire, earthquake, electrical power problems, theft, or other external cause.
- Damage caused by operating the product outside of our published guidelines and/or with incompatible accessories or a third-party device.
- The product that has been disassembled.
- Defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product.
- Minor scratches, wear, dents on the product packaging caused during express transportation, or minor changes to the plastic sealing film and other appearance issues, but those that do not cause damage to the internal items are not within the scope of after-sales.
Our products are mass-produced by factories. Minor color discrepancies, paint chipping, glue spills, and small imperfections are all considered normal occurrences. Unless there is breakage or missing parts, they are not considered defective products, returns and exchanges will not be accepted. Those who pursue perfectionism, please refrain from making purchases to avoid any disputes.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are confirmed defective or damaged. Please email us at info@retopro.co in advance to check if you are entitled for an exchange. Customers are required to return the defective unit, and they're responsible for the return shipping fees, and RETO Production Ltd. will not reimburse any return shipping fees. Again, items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Cancellation or refunds
We do not accept cancellation nor refund under any circumstances.* If the product is found defective within 30 days of receiving the product, please refer to the above return or exchange policies and contact us at info@retopro.co. You may entitle to a free exchange of the same item but not a refund of money. While, shipping cost is non-refundable under any circumstances.
*If the order needs to be refunded due to special circumstances, our company will handle the matter on a case-by-case basis. Shipping fees listed in the order details are non-refundable and a 5% handling fee based on the product price will be charged. Our company reserves the right to interpret and make the final decision regarding order refunds.
Third-Party Purchases & Warranty Claims
Please note that our direct warranty and customer support services apply only to KODAK products purchased directly through this website. If you purchased your product from an external retailer, third-party online platform, or an offline store, your warranty is managed by that specific retailer.
We are unable to process returns, exchanges, or warranty claims for items not bought directly from us. For assistance with these items, please reach out to the original point of purchase with your receipt.
