1. How to use the Kodak Charmera?

2. What functions does the Charmera offer?
The Charmera supports photo taking and video recording, featuring 4 frames and 7 filters in photo mode.
3. How do I save photos and videos from the Charmera?
Insert a 1GB-128GB TF memory card into the Charmera, and your photos will be saved there. To transfer your shots to a device, connect the Charmera to a computer or Android phone for easy review, copying, and sharing. For more details, please refer to the Quick Start Guide.
4. How can I check how many photos I can take?
The upper right corner of the screen displays the remaining number of photos available for capture.
5. What should I do if the Charmera is unresponsive or frozen?
Use a pin to press the Reset Hole briefly, then power the Charmera on again for normal use.
6. Having a problem with the memory card? Cannot record videos?
We suggest using a brand-new MicroSD card (1GB–128GB). If using a pre-owned card, please format it first. MicroSD cards with memory less than 1GB are not supported for recording.
7. Having scratches on the display screen upon unboxing?
The screen comes with a protective film. Please remove this film before use to reveal the clear display underneath.
8. Charmera doesn't work?
You may try out below 3 steps before contacting our CS team:
1. Ensure the camera is fully charged.
2. Test with another brand-new MicroSD card or format the current MicroSD card that you are using.
3. Perform a factory reset using the "Reset Hole".
