Exchange policy
Please read the following Exchange Policy before placing your order.
No guarantee of receiving a specific product or secret edition.
A “blind box” means that you cannot identify which exact product of the series you will get before opening it. A basic edition will be replaced if the secret edition appears in the whole set.
We cannot guarantee you will receive a specific product or the secret edition. The products you receive are completely random. We cannot determine in advance which one you will get. Returns or exchanges are not supported for personal reasons, such as "disliking" or "not wanting" the product.
Please choose the number of blind boxes you wish to purchase carefully. We do not offer any refunds or replacements for a change of mind regarding your purchase.
How to claim your warranty?
1) If you purchase on this website (www.retopro.co):
For defective products purchased from our website, please contact customer service at info@retopro.co within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Please state your order no. and videos illustrating the defect when emailing us. You may be entitled to a free exchange of the same item but not a refund of money.
To avoid disputes over returns and exchanges, customers are advised to record the unpacking process. The video must be completed within 2 days of delivery. The video should clearly show the shipping order, packaging condition, and product defects.
2) If you purchase at any other outlets^:
If you encounter any issues with the product within 30 days*, please contact the outlet where you purchased it from. They shall handle your warranty claim based on their store policy.
*Start date refers to the date of receipt of the product.
^Other outlet refers to our Amazon store or any physical or online stores of our official authorized dealers.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We exchange for camera of the same style without packaging.
We only replace the product if it is confirmed to be defective or damaged. Please email us at info@retopro.co in advance to check if you are entitled for an exchange. Customers are required to return the defective unit, and they’re responsible for the return shipping fees. RETO Production Ltd. will not reimburse any return shipping fees. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Due to the random nature of blind boxes, the contents of the box cannot be confirmed before opening. Therefore, we will only replace the same style, without packaging.
Cards and accessories
If the cards in the blind box do not match the products, we will reissue the corresponding cards according to the actual products and recycle the original cards. If the keyring or USB cable is missing from the packaging, we will ship back the missing accessories.
Defective or Damaged Products
Includes:
- Manufacturing defects
- Hardware (e.g. buttons) malfunctions
- Software issues affecting the functionality of the product
Does Not Includes:
- Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches or dents.
- Damage due to normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product.
- Damage caused by accident, fire, earthquake, electrical power problems, theft, or other external cause.
- Damage caused by abuse, misuse, mishandling, misplacement, or alteration of the product.
- Damage due to modifications or alterations made to the product.
- Damage caused by use with a third-party component or product.
- Damage to any cameras, equipment, or personal property used in conjunction with the product.
- Any issues resulting from a failure to follow the care and maintenance instructions provided.
Our products are mass-produced by factories. Minor color discrepancies, paint chipping, glue spills, and small imperfections are all considered normal occurrences. Unless there is breakage or missing parts, they are not considered defective products, returns and exchanges will not be accepted. Those who pursue perfectionism, please refrain from making purchases to avoid any disputes.
Refunds
We do not accept cancellation and refund in any circumstance.
