3. What ISO film should I use for Kodak Snapic A1?
   All 35mm films apply on our Kodak Snapic A1. ISO400 is recommended if your photos will be shot under various lighting situations, and ISO100/200 when shooting under bright outdoor environments, and please turn the flash on when shooting indoors or in dim environments.
4. Where can I process the films shot by Kodak Snapic A1?
   Most of the local film labs. Please bring along the film roll to the lab for further processing and development.
5. Why the film won't advance and keep rewind when I load film in the Kodak Snapic A1?
   Make sure the film sprocket in the Kodak Snapic A1 is holding the film properly. 
6. Why are my photos of the Kodak Snapic A1 too dark?
   The photos are underexposed and dark if you did not turn the flash on when shooting in a dim environment, or if you shot the object from too far. Please ensure you turn the flash during indoor and place your object at arm's length when shooting with the Kodak Snapic A1.
7. Why the battery drain so quickly?
   The battery drain quickly if you forget to turn off the camera when it is not in use.

Shipping Policy

1. Do we ship worldwide?
   We ship most part of the world. If you cannot find your shipping country at the checkout page, it means that we do not support shipping in that region. 2. How can I cancel, return or replace my product?
   We do not accept cancellation and refund in any circumstance. If the product is found defective within 180 days of receiving the product, customers can contact our Customer Services department for a replacement request. A replacement includes a free exchange of one unit but not a refund of money. Defective products do not refer to below:

• Cosmetic damage, including scratches or dents.
• Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, mishandling, misplacement, or alteration.
• Damage caused by fire, earthquake, electrical power problems, theft, or other external cause.
• Damage caused by operating the product outside of our published guidelines and/or with incompatible accessories or a third-party device.
• The product that has been disassembled.
• Defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product.

3. Received incorrect items?
Please take photos of the parcel you received with the waybill showing on it and all the items you received. Then email to our CS team at info@retopro.co by attaching the photos, providing with your order number and mentioning the problem you have. Our CS team will follow up on your case.
