3. ¿Qué película ISO debo usar con la Kodak Snapic A1?
   Todas las películas de 35 mm son compatibles con nuestra Kodak Snapic A1. Se recomienda ISO 400 si vas a hacer fotos en distintas condiciones de iluminación, e ISO 100/200 cuando dispares en exteriores muy luminosos. Asegúrate de activar el flash al hacer fotos en interiores o en ambientes con poca luz.
4. ¿Dónde puedo revelar los carretes tomados con la Kodak Snapic A1?
   En la mayoría de los laboratorios fotográficos locales. Lleva el carrete al laboratorio para su procesado y revelado.
5. ¿Por qué la película no avanza y se rebobina continuamente cuando cargo el carrete en la Kodak Snapic A1?
   Asegúrate de que el engranaje de arrastre de la película de la Kodak Snapic A1 esté sujetando bien la película.
6. ¿Por qué mis fotos hechas con la Kodak Snapic A1 salen demasiado oscuras?
   Las fotos quedan subexpuestas y oscuras si no activas el flash al disparar en un entorno con poca luz, o si fotografías el sujeto desde demasiado lejos. Asegúrate de encender el flash en interiores y de colocar el sujeto a la distancia de un brazo aproximadamente cuando dispares con la Kodak Snapic A1.
7. ¿Por qué la batería se agota tan rápido?
   La batería se agota rápidamente si olvidas apagar la cámara cuando no la estás usando.

1. Do we ship worldwide?
   We ship most part of the world. If you cannot find your shipping country at the checkout page, it means that we do not support shipping in that region. We would recommend you to check out our Dealer List to locate a store close to your region. For more, you may also check out our Shipping Policy HERE.
2. How can I cancel, return or replace my product?
   We do not accept cancellation and refund in any circumstance. If the product is found defective within 180 days of receiving the product, customers can contact our Customer Services department for a replacement request. A replacement includes a free exchange of one unit but not a refund of money. Defective products do not refer to below:

• Cosmetic damage, including scratches or dents.
• Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, mishandling, misplacement, or alteration.
• Damage caused by fire, earthquake, electrical power problems, theft, or other external cause.
• Damage caused by operating the product outside of our published guidelines and/or with incompatible accessories or a third-party device.
• The product that has been disassembled.
• Defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product.

3. Received incorrect items?
Please take photos of the parcel you received with the waybill showing on it and all the items you received. Then email to our CS team at info@retopro.co by attaching the photos, providing with your order number and mentioning the problem you have. Our CS team will follow up on your case.
